St. Paul Episcopal Church is the oldest Black Episcopal Church in Atlanta. This stalwart on Petyon Road provides community outreach at the Peyton Forest and F. L. Stanton Elementary schools. To support this outreach, they produce Jazz Under The Stars as part of the September Homecoming activities.
This annual event features local jazz artists. This year, Antonio Allen, Jazz saxophonist, will perform on Saturday, September 9th. Doors open at 5pm and the music will start at 7pm. Tables are available for purchase, and participants bring food to share. Family members of all ages are welcome to enjoy the music, food, and fellowship. The event will take place at 294 Peyton Road Southwest Large Parking Lot Atlanta, GA 30311 St Paul’s Episcopal Church.
